This approach ensures employers receive well-considered candidate profiles that go beyond a CV, providing confidence that individuals have been screened against the practical, cultural, and regulatory expectations of the service—enabling more informed, efficient hiring decisions.

To maintain full transparency, we also provide weekly activity reports throughout the assignment. These reports evidence the work being undertaken on your behalf, including candidate outreach, engagement activity, screening progress, and live updates. This gives you clear visibility and confidence that your recruitment campaign is being actively and diligently managed from start to finish.
